Visitors
We have had many visitors since Samuel was born. My mom was here for his birth & for a week after his birth, Jim & Alisha stopped by on their way to Beaver Creek, Molly flew out from Philly & Ben's mom was recently just here for a week! It was great to have so much help and for everyone to love on Samuel.
Samuel & I are traveling to St. Louis the first week of March to see my family and some more friends. I'm really looking forward to it but am anxious about traveling alone with him. Ben will drive us up to Denver and from there we will have a direct, 2 hr flight. It is pretty late at night so if all goes well, he should sleep.

Samuel - One month
It's hard to believe that it has been a month since we welcomed Samuel into the world. We are truly blessed by him!
Samuel has been a great baby. He only cries when hungry or when he's "taking care of business". We have settled into a little routine as much as possible and even ventured out into the world again as of a week ago. It was really hard to not participate in our normal activities for awhile. We definitely missed going to small group and church for a month. This past week we went to church for the first time and also to small group. It was great to re-connect a bit with friends and to celebrate the first Sunday of Lent.
We have been blessed by friends who have brought us meals off and on for the past month. It was a nice break in my day to have friends stop by, meet Samuel, catch up and not have to cook! I think I could get used to that! :) Thanks everyone...you know who you are!
