Memorial Day Weekend

My parents visited over Memorial Day. It was great having them visit and even better since Ben was at a guys weekend with his college buddies in Vail!

While they were here we went to a park, walked around the Broadmoor (a very nice hotel), ate outside at a cool Mexican restaurant, walked around Manitou Springs and a few other things. Here's a few pictures. For more click here.

4 Months Old!

I took Samuel to his 4 month appt today. He did well even though he had to get another round of shots. Here are the stats:

Weight: 13 lbs 11.5 oz 35%

Height: 25.25 inches 55 %

He's healthly and doing great! We will start rice cereal in the next week. That should be interesting...

Gibberish

Samuel was very talkative after work today!!

Well Rested...

Pretty much since Samuel was 8wks old, he would only wake up once around 4 or 5am to eat and then return to sleep until 7ish. Ben & I alternated nights so each of us got a full night sleep every other night. Then starting this week, Samuel's new sleep schedule is bed at 6:30 or 7pm and up around 6am!!! We were ecstatic the first time it happened!! He did this 5 nights in a row until...last night. We have no clue what the problem was last night...he woke up every 2 hrs until midnight and then finally slept peacefully until 5am. Maybe he is teething? I have no clue if that's supposed to happen at 4 months (I need to read one of my first year books). He has been drooling a lot lately and was unusually crabby off and on yesterday so maybe...
